At Divergent Health Clinic we are currently offering compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide paid out of pocket

  • Compound Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are not covered by insurance.

  • Brand names are an option for out of pocket cost (cost is variable based on pharmacy price) (may also need labs)

  • Visits are completed via asynchronous visit. This is done by a review of your medical intake rather than a face to face or phone visit.

  • Questions can be asked via the patient portal message feature.

  • If a video or phone visit is requested or warranted it can be completed but is at a higher visit charge.

    • Phone or video visits will be scheduled by request through email.

  • A visit will be required for each follow up/refill request and will occur monthly.

    • We are not offering multi-month prescriptions as we want to follow your progress closely and assure max safety and results.

What is a GLP?

  • GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) is a type of medication used to treat type 2 diabetes.

  • It works by slowing down intestinal motility-food sitting longer-feeling fuller, increasing the production and release of insulin from the pancreas, reducing the production of glucose in the liver, and slowing down the absorption of carbohydrates from the digestive system.

What are the costs?

  • Asynchronous - $75

    Synchronous - $100

All medication fees are paid directly to Southend Pharmacy.
